Tom Kapp  Tom Kapp, M.S. Co-Founder

Tom has more than 30 years in the fitness and wellness industry, with the last 25 in the corporate market. He is a founding partner holds a B.S. degree in Exercise Science and a M.S. in Health.

Tom oversees the Business Development of Elevation. He also provides Facility Design, Equipment Procurement, and Client Relationship Management services.

The most fulfilling part of Tom’s job is being able to work with a company to help it develop its vision, and working with them hand-in-hand to make that vision a reality. Each time a company transforms itself from a “US/THEM”company to a “WE” company is very gratifying for Tom.

 


Sandy MeagherSandra Meagher, M.S  COO, Co-Founder

Sandy has over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry and is a founding partner of Elevation Corporate Health. She holds a M.S. in Business Management with an emphasis in health care management. Sandy oversees all operations management of Elevation to include: finance, human resources, overall client and employee management, legal, and information systems.

Above all, Sandy’s passion is serving her employees and her clients with the highest level of customer service. She believes in the true power of a positive culture, recognizing employees who do great things, and is passionate about being a forward-thinking leader in our industry.

 

 


 Angela Nichols Angela Nichols, M.S., Business Development

 Angie is Senior Vice President of Business Development with over 15 years of experience working in corporate fitness and wellness. Angie’s strength is her well-rounded understanding of the industry. Angie has extensive experience in the design, management, and programming of corporate wellness programs.

She holds a BS in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University and a Masters in Sport and Recreation Management from Kent State University. She is also holds certifications in LifeCoaching, Nutrition Consulting, Personal Training and Group Exercise.

Angie works on our Business Development team and is actively involved in the customized start-up of new Elevation accounts. In addition, she also supports our current clients and provides them the latest innovative strategies  to engage employee participation.

Bob brings to Elevation more than 20 years of sales experience in leading sales and marketing efforts, interfacing with the customer relationship, and ensuring optimal customer service.  His expertise in exercise equipment, center renovation and fit-out is unmatched.  Bob has a stellar reputation in the Southeast region among manufacturers and customers for integrity and competence in the conduct of marketing, selling, and serving various client sectors.

Bob has developed relations to major corporations such as General Motor, Mobil Oil, UAW Daimer-Chrysler, and numerous hospitals and hotels throughout the southeast United States.

He has been a speaker at several conferences and roundtable discussions on health and fitness industry trends.  As a leader in the industry, Bob is highly motivated, versatile, extremely competent, with excellent communication skills.


Cheryl Hazle  Cheryl Hazle, Finance

Cheryl possesses over 20 years of experience in the field of finance. Her strength is her focus on our client relationship, financial management of Elevation accounts and the ongoing customer service for each of our   relationships.

Cheryl oversees all financial functions for Elevation. Her strong expertise in detailed problem-solving and business operations provides a strong foundation and contributes greatly to other Elevation teams to include collaboration with human resources, information technology, legal, and risk management. Cheryl graduated Magna Cum Laude from Notre Dame University of Maryland with her degree in Finance.

 

 


Sara BakerSara Baker, M.S., Training & Education – West

Sara holds a M.S. in Sports Studies from High Point University in North Carolina as well as a B.S. in Exercise Science with an emphasis on Fitness Program Management from Oregon State University.   Sara has a passion for research in our industry. She holds a Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Schwinn Cycling Instructor and is a USS Swim Coach.

After living in Oregon, North Carolina, and California, she was delighted to return to her home state of Colorado when she joined the Elevation team in 2007.

 

 


Jocelyn Weidner  Jocelyn Weidner, B.A., Training & Education – East

 

Jocelyn holds a B.A. in Health and Exercise Science from Gettysburg College, along with several certifications including; NSCA –CPT, USAW Performance Coach, AFAA Primary Group Exercise, Spinning Instructor,      Elevation Coaching, CrossFit Level  1, and Kids and Olympic Weightlifting. Jocelyn leads with passion and sets the bar high in providing Elevation employees with the tools and skills they need to execute their positions.

Jocelyn has served Elevation since 2004, and prides herself in the ability to work synergistically with the amazing Elevation professionals to assure excellence in customer service and one-of-a-kind fitness and wellness   programming in to help people reach their health goals.

 


Haley Barnes, B.S., Human Resourceshaley (2) (2)

Haley holds a B.S. in Healthcare Management with a minor in Business Administration from Towson University.  Haley is pursuing an MPS in Human Resource Management and Employee Relations from Penn State University.  Previously, Haley was employed by Maxim Healthcare.  Haley is responsible for the oversight of Elevation Human Resource functions, including employee benefits, compliance, on-boarding, and overall human relations for Elevation.

 

 


Brian SanderoffBrian Sanderoff, P.D., Senior Clinical Officier, Chairman of Advisory Panel

In the past 20 years of clinical practice, Brian has been able to integrate his traditional medical training as a pharmacist with his experience and unique knowledge base in the realms of nutrition and herbalism into a practice geared towards finding the true underlying causes of diseases. Through careful examination and evaluation of an individual’s symptoms, health history, family history, lifestyle and stresses, Brian is able to devise a plan of action that helps attain the patients specific goals in a directed and timely manner. Randi BotnickRandi Botnick, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Member of Elevation Advisory Panel

Randi Botnick’s transformational healing practice includes Hypnotherapy, the Results System®, energy healing, and more. Bob Graham, Bob GrahamM.A., Marketing

Bob leads Elevation’s marketing and branding efforts. He began working with Elevation in 2010. In addition to serving Elevation, Graham operates a marketing company, Bigger Pie Strategies, which provides      small businesses and other organizations with business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing strategies designed to help them more effectively reach their ideal customers.

He has been a writer, editor, public relations specialist, marketing manager, technical editor and teacher at both the high school and college level. He now serves as an adjunct professor at Towson University, teaching business courses. He has a Master’s degree in Communications from The American University and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Towson University.

 

 


  Robert McGhee, Information TechnologyRobert

Robert has over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He is in charge of all information technology and network functionalities for Elevation.  He holds multiple degrees and certifications such as MCSE, CCNP and other certifications in areas of information security and various compliance regulatory.

Robert and his team specialize in serving all of Elevation employees with IT solutions in local and remote locations.

As in all areas of Elevation, customer satisfaction and immediate response time and resolutions are his primary focus.
