Elevation has designed and currently manages a 17,000 square foot Fitness, Wellness, and Aquatic Center for an award winning residential community in Maryland with the intent on creating a healthy environment for couples and families to gather and recreate.

The fitness center is approximately 3,200 square feet and offers a variety of cardiovascular, selectorized weight equipment, free weight area, and 2 studios for group exercise and cycling.  The indoor pool and outdoor pool are also located within the same complex and all have created a hub of activity for the community. The highly degreed and certified Elevation  management team have brought a pulse to the center and helped to increase the popularity of the housing community, property values, and desirability of becoming a resident of the community.

All community residents pay a homeowners association fee that includes the use of the fitness center, pool and locker room, spa and an array of wellness programs, including group exercise classes, cycling classes, personal training, nutritional services, incentive programs, and other fun individual and family programs.  With a over 45%  participation rate in the fitness and wellness activities, the residents continue to claim nothing but positive testimonials about Elevation Corporate Health, the management team, and the impact the staff have on helping to elevate the health and lifestyles of the residents.
